Talley Riggins is providing construction management services for the ground-up construction of a two-story, 56,000 SF tilt-wall medical office building on a 9-acre site. The project also includes the finish-out of a 13,000 SF ambulatory surgery center with three operating rooms and a 15,000 SF clinic.
