Talley Riggins is providing construction management services for a new two-story commercial bank and office building for Pegasus Bank, designed to serve as the company’s flagship location in the DFW market. The project features exterior Indiana limestone masonry and GFRC cornices, along with specialized interior components including a vault and safety deposit box room.
The building will also incorporate custom millwork finishes, unique exterior sconces and lighting, and interior lighting fixtures throughout the lobby and upper-level office spaces, as well as dedicated client entertainment areas and offices.
