Talley Riggins provided construction management services for renovations at The Lakes at Castle Hills, enhancing member amenities and outdoor gathering spaces throughout the community.
The project included expansions and improvements to key hospitality areas, such as the Camelot Bar and the Great Hall veranda, as well as the renovation of Harvey’s (19th Hole). Additional enhancements introduced a new outdoor entertainment space featuring firepits, an outdoor bar, and a built-in grilling station.
Improvements also included upgraded site access near the Fitness Center entrance, adding a new cart path with private parking and staging to better support member circulation and convenience.
