This project consists of a 75,000 SF metal recycling facility which includes 48,000 SF dismantling facility, 6,000 SF office, 15,000 sf warehouse and 6,000 SF aluminum furnace room. This 60-acre site also required 900,000 SF of paving and a 14-acre detention pond.
