Talley Riggins is providing construction management services for the final phase of construction at Texas Wesleyan University’s Karen Cramer Stadium. This project includes site development and the new construction of a two-story press box featuring a masonry and flush metal panel façade. The facility will include an elevator, a president’s suite, a film deck, broadcast booths, coaches’ booths, and a merchandising area.
Adjoining the Press Box is a grandstand bleacher structure with seating capacity for more than 2,700 fans. In addition, the project includes the construction of a separate adjacent restroom building to support the facility.
The stadium improvements will be completed with new perimeter fencing, entrance gate structures, concrete retaining walls, paving, sidewalks, a digital scoreboard, and a public address system.
