Talley Riggins provided construction management services for a new 9,000 SF Chapel built on the SAUMC Campus in Plano. In addition to the new Sanctuary area and Chancel, there will be Sacristy and Vestry areas, a Parlor, a second-floor mezzanine for the new pipe organ, and a gathering foyer area outside of the sanctuary.

Talley Riggins was awarded TEXO’s 2024 Distinguished Building Award in the General Contractor – Building 3 ($5-10M) category for our work at St. Andrew’s Methodist Church.
