Talley Riggins provided construction management services for a new 30,000 SF design-build TI including new bathrooms, conference rooms, storage room, and an IT room. The scope included the build out the shell space, the addition of new dock levelers, and eight new rooftop units. Talley Riggins also upgraded the power system to accommodate for the client’s machinery.
