Talley Riggins provided construction management for the renovation of an existing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) into a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Medical City Alliance. This 3,150 SF renovation included adding new medical air outlets to all 8 headwalls, modifying the existing medical oxygen and vacuum system, creating an additional exam room, and adding a scrub sink to the new waiting room so the ICU can be utilized as a NICU.
