Talley Riggins is providing construction management services for two expansions to an existing, fully operating electrical co-op facility in Van Alstyne. The project includes 14,500 SF of new office space featuring 22 private offices, four conference rooms, collaborative work areas, two large open office areas for cubicles, and a breakroom with kitchen appliances. Work is being carefully coordinated with the client’s onsite logistics to keep the facility fully operational during construction, while new finishes are designed to match the existing building.
