Talley Riggins assembled and coordinated a multidisciplinary team to support the development of a proof-of-concept mission-critical data center in Dallas, Texas.
Working closely with ownership and design partners, the team developed architectural, HVAC, electrical, and MEP planning documentation to establish overall design intent, spatial organization, and infrastructure requirements. The effort included space planning and infrastructure studies focused on identifying key constraints and constructability considerations early in the development process.
Through regular collaboration with ownership and project stakeholders, Talley Riggins helped maintain alignment on design direction, operational requirements, and future development needs, creating a strong foundation for subsequent phases of design and construction.
