Talley Riggins is providing construction management services for a new 12,904 SF office space and a 13,849 SF warehouse space designed for Atmos end-use, while maintaining the project site as an active service center campus throughout construction. The project features tilt-wall construction and is being delivered as a LEED-certified facility, including a rainwater harvesting system and a rooftop solar panel system.
