Talley Riggins Construction Group is very proud to announce the promotion of James Eastham to Chief Operating Officer (COO). As we continue to pursue our goal of operational excellence, James will spearhead the overall operations of the company including strategic planning and managing all aspects of project management, field operations, and information systems for all projects.
Prior to joining Talley Riggins, James spent 22 years with a national construction company where he oversaw construction operations across a variety of sectors including healthcare, commercial, and institutional.
